I am MM, a certified yoga teacher. I am a mother of 3 beautiful teenagers; I love spending time with my family. I love yoga, and I love working out because it makes me feel good, and it helps me become the most confident and happiest version of myself. Going to the beach makes me happy; just by the sound of the waves, listening to good music, good company - it's just pure happiness!
DESCRIBE TO US YOUR IDEA OF A PERFECT WEEKEND
My perfect weekend would be spending time with my husband and kids or Island hopping with friends.
TAKE US ON YOUR TYPICAL WEEKEND. HOW DO YOU START YOUR SATURDAYS AND HOW DO YOU END YOUR SUNDAYS?
My weekends are the same as my weekdays. I follow the same routine. I love waking up early in the morning. I have always been a morning person. Breakfast is typically at 6:30 am; this is my favorite time of the day, followed by an hour of yoga or any cardio exercises. Afternoons are for errands and work. My daily highlight will always be spending time with my husband and kids.
ANY INDOOR AND/OR OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES THAT YOU ENJOY MOST DURING YOUR OFF DAYS?
Road trips, going out of town with friends and families, exploring new places, and just getting a change of scenery.

Mam-on Island in Siargao. I am looking forward to going back post-pandemic.
