For this, I thought of sharing what an ideal day is for me :)

I’m an early riser so at 7 am, I’m up and ready to go. I go for a run with my dog, then grab a cup of coffee at the newest neighborhood cafe. As I settle down back at home, I try to get a couple of meditation exercises in before mentally listing down my tasks for the day. This is followed by getting in some work for a couple of hours before I look to get moving again. Whether it’s another workout or trying out a new sport, I like to try my best to mix in some physical activity to not find myself just seated for most of my afternoon. Dinner time is always fun as I either look to help cook or order some food from the family’s favorite restaurant. Hours of bonding over good food, conversations, and even games with my little siblings are what really make my night. After this, my body clock sets in and gets me to bed pretty early with my nightcap being spent with either a current read, a Netflix show, or a Pinterest board.

Now if you add all this to a relaxing beach setting, it would make it nothing but perfect.

Which sunny destination would you be if you were one?

I think I’d be Palawan! It’s laidback, but knows how to give its visitors a good time - from its pristine beaches, and unique sites, to the food and the “nightlife” (quotation marks because it’s definitely not LaBoracay nor BGC, more like drinks on the beach over conversations and where you hear the people you’re with lol).
