A Flight Attendant’s Skin Survival Guide: How Nicole Keeps Her Glow at 35,000 Feet

From golden sunsets above the clouds to early call times before takeoff, Nicole’s days are a mix of movement, wonder, and constant glow. As a flight attendant who spends most of her time in the skies, she’s learned that the real secret to feeling her best—no matter the destination—starts with how she takes care of her skin.
What made you decide to become a flight attendant, and what’s been your favorite part about it so far?
This was my childhood dream come true. I used to watch flight attendants walk by at the airport and think, “one day, that’ll be me.” Now I’m living that moment and realizing that little me would be so proud.
Becoming a flight attendant felt like the perfect mix of purpose and passion. I get to help people, travel to beautiful places, and learn so much about different cultures. My favorite part will always be the little moments. Sunrise or sunset views above the clouds, connecting with passengers, and realizing how far I’ve come since my very first flight.

My gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen! These are my non-negotiables.
What’s the most underrated skincare advice you’ve learned from traveling?
Keep it simple and consistent. When you’re constantly flying and your skin goes through different climates, less is really more. Focus on hydration, stick to what works, and never skip your moisturizer and SPF.
Why do you consider Wink’s Laser Facial Pigment part of your travel essentials?
After long flights, my skin can look tired and dehydrated. That’s why Wink’s Laser Facial Pigment is a must for me. It’s my go-to reset whenever my skin needs a quick boost. The constant change in weather and cabin air can be harsh, so I love that this treatment keeps me glowing and confident even when I’m running on minimal sleep.
If Wink's Laser Facial Pigment was a destination, what kind of place would it be?
If Wink’s Laser Facial Pigment was a destination, it would be the Philippines’ serene islands. Soothing, radiant, and exactly where you’d want to be to recharge and glow again.
What advice would you give to frequent travelers trying to improve their skin?
Hydrate inside and out, keep your skincare routine minimal, and don’t forget to let your skin breathe after long flights. As someone who’s always in the air, my skin can get tired easily from the changing weather and long hours. I’ve learned that staying consistent makes all the difference. And when my skin needs an instant refresh, I always go for Wink’s Laser Facial Pigment. It’s the glow I can trust to keep up with my flight schedule. It helps repair dryness from cabin air and brings back that healthy glow, no matter how many flights I’ve done in a day.
