I’m Reese Florendo, a dedicated third-year medical student with a strong passion for health and fitness. Even when my vacations are more relaxed and less physically demanding, I make it a point to stay active through simple and enjoyable activities. One of my favorite ways to incorporate movement is by taking leisurely walks to explore new areas and neighborhoods. This not only helps me stay active but also allows me to discover hidden gems and local attractions that I might otherwise miss.

Additionally, I love to swim whenever the opportunity arises, as it provides a refreshing full-body workout that feels both invigorating and relaxing. I also prioritize being mindful of my eating habits, choosing healthier food options to complement my physical activities and maintain my overall fitness. On days when the weather is pleasant, I often go for a jog or a run outdoors, which helps me stay active while enjoying the natural surroundings. These simple practices enable me to maintain my fitness levels and remain active without intense or structured exercise routines, ensuring that I can fully enjoy my vacation while staying healthy.
